I hope you had a chance to enjoy the mild weather as of lately because the next few days look chilly in the afternoons and very cold in the mornings.

The airmass that is moving in for Tuesday and Wednesday is really going to pack a punch!  Look for highs only the lower to mid 40s for Tuesday with lows in the 20s for Wednesday morning.  That’s right, 20s for Wednesday morning!  That is why a Hard Freeze Watch has been issued for Wednesday morning.

Once we get through this hard freeze, enjoy a warm up into the weekend with 70s returning.  With the warmer air, look for moisture to return also which will be fuel for weekend showers and thunderstorms.
