Much colder air is here and Tuesday will be the coldest day we will see all week.  High pressure from the north will build across the area today. This will bring some early sunshine but with the instability created by uneven heating with the  morning sun and colder air we will see clouds across the area. We could also see some areas of light rain or sprinkles through afternoon.

The high pressure will make a perfect atmosphere for a very cold night with lows falling into the 20s. This could be a hard freeze for the area into Wednesday morning. Wednesday temperatures will be warmer and we should see near normal temperatures Thursday.
