If you were hoping for a white Thanksgiving chances are that it will not happen across most of the country. According to the 6 to 10 day forecast there is a 40% chance of above normal temperatures across our region. It will be even warmer to our northwest. The good news in all of this is that it will most likely be an easy travel long holiday weekend.
Another Big Atlantic Storm
The next big Atlantic storm is begin forced into the coast line this time because of the quiet ‘blocking’ pattern set up across the Great Lakes Region through the end of next week. This storm will make landfall with gusty winds, heavy snowfall and waves of up to 21 feet across the Atlantic City area on Wednesday and Thursday next week. This will be disastrous for this area as they are still trying to recover from the “Sandy”
After this storm strikes around Atlantic City it will move across the extreme north eastern U.S.
