It’s been rather warm so far this December so it’s not looking that good for us to see a white Christmas.  The possibility is still there though, so here is the climatological chance of a white Christmas.  That means that these numbers are based on history and the number of times we have seen snow on Christmas in the past.

We fall anywhere around 60% in the northern portion of the area, down to 40% in the southern portion of the area.  Keep in mind that these numbers are based on history, so a more accurate forecast for this Christmas can start to form about a week beforehand.
