How about that rain Friday morning?   We saw just about .6″ through central Allen county with lower amounts west of I69 and east of 469.   Combine that to the record highs in the upper 50s and our snow cover is pretty much gone.

If you did not get your fill of rain though, don’t worry, more in on the way.  The graphic above is the 84 hour forecast for additional rain, mainly Saturday night.  Yes, about an inch of additional rain is expected Saturday night and when you combine that with the rain from Friday morning and our recent snow melt, flooding may be an issues.

Flood warnings for Huntington and Wells counties

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the counties highlighted in bright green in the graphic above.  This Flood Warning is for the Wabash River and mainly around the community of Bluffton.  If you are worried about the river levels this weekend and into the start of next week, click here for the current river levels.  Remember, never drive through flash flooding, always find a way to go around.
