I read an interesting article over the weekend I wanted to share with all of you.  It’s about a study that has been analyzing how the weather affects productivity in the workplace.

The study’s consensus is a simple one: bad weather increases productivity since workers are not distracted by thinking about all the options a sunny day offers them outside of work.

I must say, that does make sense.  But, what’s also interesting are the potential impacts this data may have on our work routines.  The study suggests bosses may want to save clerical-type assignments for bad weather days to take advantage of their workers’ higher productivity levels.
